Hafıza International Journal of Social Sciences seeks to provide an academic venue for the dissemination of original research conducted by scholars and researchers from various disciplines, with the overarching goal of presenting scientific knowledge for the benefit of society and the global community
It aims to share current and original academic research from various scientific disciplines, encompassing interdisciplinary studies within the field of social sciences at an international level. In this context, it welcomes all scholarly contributions in the domain of social sciences
HAFIZA Journal is a peer-reviewed academic journal published biannually (June–December).
All submitted manuscripts are first evaluated by the editorial board in terms of scientific expression and compliance with writing guidelines. Manuscripts deemed appropriate are sent to two anonymous reviewers who are recognized for their scholarly expertise in the relevant field. Based on the reviewers' evaluations, a decision is made to accept the article for publication, request revisions before acceptance, or reject it. Articles that are not approved for publication by the reviewers are declined.
Submissions must be made via the Dergipark platform, and all required fields on the system must be completed.
During the initial submission, the author’s name, title, institutional affiliation, and email address must not be indicated with a starred footnote. If the manuscript is a translation, the source of the original work should be cited in a footnote, and the original text must be submitted along with the translation. For translations, a copyright permission document is also required.
All manuscripts submitted for peer review are anonymized. Only the editorial board has access to the names of both authors and reviewers, which are kept confidential. All referee reports are archived by the journal.
Based on reviewer feedback, authors may be asked to revise their manuscripts. The final decision regarding publication lies with the editorial board.
Accepted articles are scheduled for publication according to the editorial queue. Rejected articles or those deemed unsuitable for publication following revision requests will not be returned but will be accompanied by an explanation to the author.
Members of the editorial, advisory, or review boards are not permitted to participate in the review process of their own manuscripts.
Authors bear full responsibility for the content of their published articles.
Manuscripts submitted for publication must be original and not previously published elsewhere.
If the article is derived from a graduate thesis, this must be clearly indicated in a footnote.
The journal accepts all original and scholarly publications within the field of social sciences.
Upon publication, all copyrights of the articles are transferred to HAFIZA International Journal of Social Sciences.
